A reseller is someone who haven't joined our membership or whose membership has expired.
Wholesale members must remain active every 62 days, should a wholesale member exceed 62 days without making a purchase, the membership will expire & will have to re-apply.
You have a right to return or exchange bottles that have a factory default only.
